IT Test Manager vacancy for our Frankfurt based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Coordinate test execution across all phases, aligning activities with environment availability, data provisioning, and project timelines
• Track test case design and execution progress, identifying delays and driving corrective actions
• Manage externally performed Feature Testing, ensuring adherence to quality standards and seamless integration with internal workflows
• Provide regular reporting to programme management and senior stakeholders on testing status, risks, and mitigation plans
• Support effective use of JIRA/XRAY for all test components, ensuring integrated oversight and transparency

Your experience/knowledge:

• Minimum of 10 years’ professional experience in test management within complex IT environments, ideally in wealth management, private banking or the financial services sector
• Proven end-to-end test management experience covering strategy, planning, execution, and reporting across multiple vendors and delivery streams
• Advanced proficiency in JIRA and XRAY for test planning, execution tracking and defect management
• Experience with Load & Performance Testing and managing regression and automation test suites
• Language skills: German, English
