Business Analyst / Project Manager – Credit Risk Management vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Analyse and document business requirements for changes and enhancements to the credit supervision platform
• Initiate, plan, and manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality expectations
• Act as primary liaison between Credit Risk, Relationship Management, Product & Service organisation and IT development teams
• Write and execute test cases; coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and change communications for system rollouts
• Identify opportunities for automation, process improvements, and data quality enhancements in credit workflows

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3–5 years of experience in Credit Risk management within a banking or financial services environment
• Hands-on experience with credit limit systems, exposure monitoring tools, or loan management platforms
• Solid understanding of data structures, data flows, and data quality principles; experience resolving data inconsistencies
• Proficient with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and Power BI or similar reporting environments; SQL proficiency
• Familiarity with Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and/or waterfall methodologies; certifications (PMP, CBAP, SAFe) are a plus
• Language skills: English, German
