Transportation Operations Specialist vacancy for our Baden based client in the Energy sector.

Your tasks:

• Organise and monitor worldwide transport operations including air, sea, road, and courier shipments
• Prepare, plan, and oversee shipments, ensuring timely and efficient movement of goods
• Manage export documentation including certifications, ATA carnets, and insurance certificates
• Evaluate transport offers and review freight invoices
• Maintain ongoing communication with internal and external stakeholders
• Apply expertise in export control, origin rules, and logistics for all modes of transport

Your experience/knowledge:

• Completed commercial qualification; further training in transport, trade, or logistics an advantage
• Several years of professional experience in a comparable position
• Strong knowledge of the logistics sector and digital capabilities (API, EDI, AI) at standard level
• Confident user of SAP TMS & GTS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, etc.)
• Experience in stakeholder management (SCM, planning, suppliers, project management, engineering, quality, import/export, finance)
• Language skills: German
