AI Platform Engineervacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Design, build, and operate a secure, enterprise-grade agentic engineering platform across the Microsoft AI Stack (Microsoft 365 and Azure) for regulated banking environments.
• Establish reusable platform capabilities for internal teams, including development environments, secure identity and networking patterns, governance guardrails, and production-ready observability.
• Enable efficient delivery of agentic AI solutions by developing shared platform foundations and professional lifecycles for teams across the organisation.
• Reduce architectural complexity, accelerate solution delivery, and improve enterprise-level control through policy-driven governance, observability, and responsible AI principles.
• Liaise with product teams and participate in roadmap discussions to ensure platform evolution aligns with regulated enterprise requirements and Microsoft’s product direction.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experienced in Microsoft AI/GenAI engineering, specifically with Microsoft AI Foundry, Microsoft Power Platform, and Microsoft Fabric.
• Proven track record of building and operating secure platforms in regulated, enterprise-grade IT and cloud environments.
• Knowledge of professional software development lifecycles, identity and networking security patterns, and observability practices.
• Experience with implementing policy-driven governance and responsible AI practices within banking or similarly regulated environments.
• Language skills: English
