Senior Program Manager Fiber FTTH vacancy for our Glattpark based client in the Telco sector. 

Your tasks:

• Lead the end-to-end commercial and operational roadmap for nationwide FTTH rollout, including risk and opportunity sizing, rollout volume assessment, and commercial prioritisation
• Orchestrate cross-functional coordination to ensure unified execution across marketing, brand, sales, technology, IT, and regional teams
• Drive the full-funnel FTTH go-to-market strategy, including city/region-based activation and customer journey development
• Steer pricing strategy and multi-brand positioning across consumer and business segments
• Regularly report to executive management on commercial performance, risks, and opportunities

Your experience/knowledge:

• 10+ years’ experience in telecommunications with significant exposure to broadband, FTTH, or managing large-scale commercial programmes
• Strategic and analytical skills with strong execution leadership
• Proven track record in cross-functional programme delivery, including go-to-market, pricing, and technical-commercial project management
• Demonstrated experience in planning regional or national customer activation strategies
• Language skills: German
