Tax Manager EUCAN – Pharma vacancy for our Glattpark (Opfikon) based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Establish and maintain a professional network within countries in scope, and provide tax support to various business partners including finance, legal, business development, supply chain, and HR
• Manage and coordinate corporate income tax compliance and tax audit defence activities within the region
• Lead tax audits and liaise with internal teams and external consultants on audit defence strategy
• Monitor legislative changes in tax relevant to the region and advise on any material impacts to the business
• Review contracts and business initiatives from a tax perspective, and manage transfer pricing documentation in cooperation with dedicated teams

Your experience/knowledge:

• University degree in accounting, finance, economics or law (preferably with specialisation in Taxation)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a tax position within the Pharma industry or a Big 4 firm
• Strong knowledge of tax laws and fiscal framework in the region (including Eastern Europe)
• Comprehensive understanding of accounting for income taxes and demonstrated tax research/presentation skills
• Language skills: English
