TPRM / Outsourcing Specialist vacancy for our Luxembourg based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support and stabilise daily business in the Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) area
• Enhance data in the newly rolled out TPRM system
• Prepare for and support Local Committees
• Perform data quality corrections
• Review and optimise TPRM setup, templates, ways of working, and KPI/KRI frameworks
• Contribute to the review of exit strategy and exit planning processes

Your experience/knowledge:

• At least 5 years’ professional experience in Outsourcing, TPRM, process enhancement, or project work
• Practical knowledge of DORA regulations
• Proven experience with data and process improvement projects
• Strong background in operational risk or supplier management
• Language skills: English (fluent)

Your soft skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively
• Good communication skills and a collaborative team approach
