Quality Project Manager – German, GMP, vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Provide quality oversight for global clinical supply activities ensuring all processes meet cGMP standards
• Manage batch release of clinical supplies, including review and approval of GMP documentation and issuance of batch certificates
• Evaluate and oversee the management of deviations and incidents, including investigation support and record approval
• Handle change control for GCS processes and documentation
• Write, review, and approve GMP-relevant documentation (e.g. SOPs, CoAs, risk assessments, packaging and labelling records)
• Support audits and inspections for TRD GCS topics and provide QA support for GCS operations

Your experience/knowledge:

• Master’s degree in life sciences or equivalent education
• 3–5 years’ experience in Pharma QA, ideally within development, manufacturing, packaging or clinical supply
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and QA processes (batch release, deviations, changes)
• Hands-on experience with SAP (materials management, batch records, release workflows); experience with 1QEM is a strong asset
• Language skills: German fluent to native, English is a plus
