DevOps Engineer CI/CD-Software Developer vacancy for our Zurich based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Support multiple Agile Release Trains and product teams in onboarding to the internal DevOps platform and Azure services
• Drive the migration and re-platforming of applications to cloud infrastructure, ensuring compliance with enterprise standards and security principles
• Lead the migration of CI/CD pipelines from Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab in line with platform standards and compliance
• Collaborate with development teams, providing education and enablement on DevOps, CI/CD automation, and cloud-native practices
• Create templates, documentation, and training materials to enhance developer experience and streamline platform adoption

Your experience/knowledge:

• Minimum 5 years’ hands-on experience in software engineering (Java, .NET, Python, or similar)
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and migrating between toolchains (Bitbucket/Jenkins to GitLab)
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles, Git workflows, and modern delivery practices
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, Infrastructure-as-Code (e.g., Terraform, ARM), and containerised workloads (Nexus, Helm, Docker, Kubernetes)
• Experience working in air-gapped or restricted enterprise environments
• Language skills: English (Fluent)
