IT Service Owner & Application Responsible – FIS Applications vacancy for our Switzerland based client in the Banking sector.

Your tasks:

• Ensure stability and lifecycle management of Financial Information Services applications including Bloomberg, LSEG, Reuters, MarketMap, and FIS Global
• Manage daily IT operations, incident and problem management, and service delivery according to agreed SLAs and OLAs
• Monitor, analyse, and continuously improve IT service efficiency, effectiveness, and quality
• Conduct business analysis, solution design, development, testing, and implementation of fixes and changes (RtB and CtB), coordinating with vendors or software providers
• Actively lead or contribute to development, testing, and deployment activities aligned with standards and best practices

Your experience/knowledge:

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Information Technology or a related field
• 3+ years’ experience as a Senior IT Service Owner or Application Responsible
• Strong understanding of IT governance, budgeting, resource planning, and risk management
• Proficient in Unix and Windows Server environments; application support and installation/configuration of hardware/software
• Knowledge of database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Microsoft SQL Server
• Language skills: English fluent,
