Greenhouse & Laboratory Assistant – Soil Health Competence Center R&D vacancy for our Stein based client in the Agricultural Manufacturing sector.

We are looking for proactive, flexible Soil Health competence Center team member to support our R&D activities in Stein. This 1+1 year position involves working with early research projects and carrying out trials, greenhouse operations, and laboratory tasks. Focusing mainly on agrochemical applied compounds like herbicidal compounds. The ideal candidate should be practical-minded and willing to help across different areas.

Your tasks:

• Maintain greenhouse trials and plants
• Assist with herbicide application and monitoring
• Support basic laboratory work and soil analysis
• Collect and accurately enter research data
• Assist the Soil Health Team with various activities as required

Your experience/knowledge:

• Education or practical experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office
• Ability to work in team settings
• Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, and capable of lifting up to 20 kg
• Language skills: English
