Plant Process Engineer (FR/EN) vacancy for our Neuchatel based client in the Manufacturing sector.
Your tasks:
- Act as the primary technical contact and Subject Matter Expert for users regarding equipment and systems
- Provide expertise in bioreactors, filtration, chromatography, process piping systems, and CIP/SIP systems
- Lead and support design, installation, commissioning and qualification of equipment improvements and modifications
- Ensure equipment technical condition is appropriate for use and propose corrective actions when needed
- Coordinate corrective actions, improvements and modifications whilst ensuring cGMP compliance
- Participate in internal and external audits as a system expert and lead obsolescence programmes
Your experience/knowledge:
- Engineering degree in biotechnology, chemistry, food processing or mechanical engineering
- 7+ years experience in Pharma/Biotech industry with process engineering and manufacturing background
- Experience in installation, commissioning and validation of pharmaceutical facilities and process equipment
- Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices, cGxPs, FDA guidelines, ISPE guidelines and relevant standards
- Computer skills including MS Office suite and MS Project
- Language skills: English and French , German is a plus
