Plant Process Engineer (FR/EN) vacancy for our Neuchatel based client in the Manufacturing sector.

Your tasks:

• Act as the primary technical contact and Subject Matter Expert for users regarding equipment and systems
• Provide expertise in bioreactors, filtration, chromatography, process piping systems, and CIP/SIP systems
• Lead and support design, installation, commissioning and qualification of equipment improvements and modifications
• Ensure equipment technical condition is appropriate for use and propose corrective actions when needed
• Coordinate corrective actions, improvements and modifications whilst ensuring cGMP compliance
• Participate in internal and external audits as a system expert and lead obsolescence programmes

Your experience/knowledge:

• Engineering degree in biotechnology, chemistry, food processing or mechanical engineering
• 7+ years experience in Pharma/Biotech industry with process engineering and manufacturing background
• Experience in installation, commissioning and validation of pharmaceutical facilities and process equipment
• Knowledge of Good Engineering Practices, cGxPs, FDA guidelines, ISPE guidelines and relevant standards
• Computer skills including MS Office suite and MS Project
• Language skills: English and French , German is a plus
