PMO – Project Support, IT, AI – this is a long term contract for our Switzerland based client in the Insurance & Re-insurance sector.

Your tasks:

• Operate a fit-for-purpose central Delivery Centre (PMO) for a large, multi-year transformation.
• Maintain the integrated master programme plan, covering all workstreams and key milestones.
• Support the Programme Director in budget planning, forecasting, and financial control.
• Ensure risks and issues are clearly articulated and actively managed.
• Produce clear, concise and decision-focused reporting for various audiences.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Extensive experience in project / programme / change management within the Financial Services sector.
• Strong knowledge of project methodology and experience in programme delivery.
• Language skills: English – fluent

• Effective stakeholder management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
