Administrative Expert Customer Service – Pharma, German vacancy for our Basel based client in the Pharma sector.

Your tasks:

• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer orders (prescription medicines) including monitoring and invoicing.
• Handle incoming telephone and written customer inquiries in German (French, Italian, English as a plus).
• Process customer complaints and returns efficiently.
• Update price lists and order forms regularly.
• Coordinate with the warehouse on all sales-related matters.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Commercial qualification.
• Experience with SAP, specifically SD and MM modules, along with MS Office proficiency.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in the pharmaceutical environment.
• Language skills: German, (French, Italian, English a plus).

Your soft skills:

• Strong customer orientation (both internal and external).
• Detail-oriented with a precise working style.
• Open to changes and new developments, demonstrating resilience under pressure.
