Your tasks:

• Leading data pipelines and storage, designing and building scalable data pipelines for real-time and batch processing.

• Creating high-quality data products adhering to FAIR principles.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to model data landscapes and define secure exchange methods.

• Ingesting and processing data from diverse sources into Big Data platforms.

• Contributing to the Data Mesh Engineering Collective to establish data governance standards.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field.

• Over 5 years of experience in data engineering with a track record in architecting and scaling large data systems.

• Proven experience in building and managing data pipelines and products.

• Proficiency in Python, Java, SQL, or Scala, and experience with big data technologies.

• Expertise in multiple cloud platforms and data warehousing technologies.

• Language skills: English

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
