Patient Engagement CoE Administrative Professional

Patient Engagement CoE Administrative Professional vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Dealing with complex projects together with coordinating and organisation of assignments
• Taking care of general coordination of tasks, which includes calendar management for the Head PE CoE
• Rolling annual planning, supporting preparation and meeting summaries in cooperation with the Project Manager as well as handling of key team meetings for the CoE team
• Ensuring cascade of key communications within the team and within the PE organisation
• Managing travel arrangements for CoE Head along with handling of project and event management like supporting the team in general event management, taking on independent logistics management for internal and external meetings
• Assisting in scheduling individual and team milestones like objective settings, mid-year check in and year-and discussions

Your experience/knowledge:

• 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Expert in a large matrix organisation
• Expertise in project management and coordination
• Proficiency in MS Office with a strong expertise in Outlook, MS Teams, Excel and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of SharePoint
• Good understanding of Markets, Customers, Competitors, new technology and new opportunities
• Finished commercial training or any other equivalent education
• Fluent English and German skills, verbally and written, any other language skills are advantageous

• Excellent organizational skills with a high level of reliability, commitment, and respect
• A self-starter personality who needs little supervision
