UI / UX Frontend Developer – Typescript / HTML / CSS

UI/UX Frontend Developer Trading – Typescript/HTML/CSS vacancy for a globally operating Zurich based company in the financial sector.

Your tasks:

• Working closely with the Trading Application Owner and the Trading & Treasury CTO
• Building up a new trading platform
• Designing and developing new widgets for the new FX trading platform
• Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback
• Keeping up to date with the latest tools to improve the trading platform’s performance and user experience

     
Your experience/knowledge:

• 7+ years of experience building micro-frontends
• Solid understanding of semantic HTML, CSS, and core JavaScript concepts
• Expertise parsing data formats such as XML/JSON and using 3rd party API’s
• Good understanding of UI/UX best practices and considerations
• University Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field
• Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken, German or French is a plus
