Business Analyst – NSSR / Incident Management

Business Analyst vacancy requiring profound NSSR / Incident Management knowledge for our Lugano based client in the technological sector.

Your tasks:

• Being responsible for incoming tickets including Service requests, NSSR, Incidents and Defects
• Preparing all required information on incidents for L3  
• Evaluating small NSSR regarding implementation effort as well as analysing Logs and Incidents
• Providing workaround for the end user

Your experience/knowledge:

• In-depth Banking and Payment knowhow with a solid understanding of BA methodologies
• Expertise in ITIL Incident, Problem and Change processes
• ACCP Certification
• Language skills: English – fluent in written and spoken, German conversational

Your soft skills:

• Strong coordination and communication skills
• Self-reliant with a structured way of thinking
