IT Recruiter / HR Specailist vacancy requiring profound German knowledge for our Zurich based client in the service sector.
Your tasks:
- Running the full recruitment cycle process
- Performing all corresponding HR duties and admin tasks
- Owning employee updates to maintain accurate and up to date reporting structures
Your experience/knowledge:
- 3+ years of work experience in a similar role in the IT industry
- Efficient HR administration and people management skills
- Good knowledge of Swiss HR constraints
- An established contact network in Switzerland and knowhow of the Swiss market
- Language skills: German – fluent in written and spoken, English and/or French knowledge is a plus
Your soft skills:
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
