Congress Activation Director

Congress Activation Director vacancy for a globally operating Basel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Utilising the build kit developed by global teams and mapping it into a clear journey for major congresses
• Defining the objective of the congress and the target customer type
• Collaborating with the Customer Experience Design Director to deliver Congress-ready content
• Reviewing all planned congress assets in accordance with applicable laws, industry codes and compliances
• Finalising and internally sharing the congress insights derived from impact metrics
• Executing congress tactics and managing in-person as well as virtual presence   

Your experience/knowledge:

• 10+ years of experience related to Congress activation, including interactions pre, during and post congress
• Exceptional understanding on how to drive Cx at congresses
• Previous marketing and/or agency experience

Your soft skills:

• Ability to manage a high degree of complexity tasks within timelines
• Adept at balancing strategy and execution
