Our responsibility

We are aware of our responsibility regarding quality, environment and data privacy. Living our motto “Going the Extra Mile“, we go beyond mere compliance with existing laws. Not only do we commit to internal guidelines, we also are certified according to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, GoodPriv@cy® and EcoVadis and are hence audited by Third Parties. With that, we ensure all compliance and quality assurance requirements are met.

We are one of the leading companies in our industry. In order to continue to live up to this claim, the quality of our services must exceed those of our competitors. For this reason, we are continuously improving our capabilities and processes in order to set new market standards. In doing so, we proactively include trends in society and politics in our entrepreneurial activities.

We consider Compliance not only as an obligation but also as a perception. Failure to comply with guidelines and laws poses our company with serious problems such as high costs, law enforcements and damage to our reputation. Compliance is therefore a hygiene factor that gives our employees security of action in their daily work and sharpens their own attention to compliance.

However, the implementation of high-quality standards is not enough for us. The careful and economical use of resources is an integral part of our philosophy and is firmly anchored in the minds of our employees. Specifically, our commitment to environmental protection is reflected in the minimal use of paper, toner and water, as well as in the environmentally-friendly and certified disposal of all pollutants. All employees are encouraged to reflect on their actions with respect to ecological sustainability. We promote the use of public transport and work across multiple sites in virtual teams, reducing business travel by aircraft to a minimum. By using environmentally-friendly and advanced technologies, the ecological footprint of our company is constantly being improved.

We are interested in our suppliers to share our philosophy. Our Supplier Code formulates the minimum standards that we expect from them to apply and is being reviewed by us.
