Our first priority is teamwork – we can only be successful if we all work as one team and support each other. This is not the right place for you, as individual competitor. All, what we do, contributes to our team goal.


Team events

We do a lot for growing together and get to know each other. Christmas party in Berlin or summer event in Zurich – we create opportunities to meet each other in person. That’s the reason why our teams work together with pleasure.


Flexible working times

You are very welcome, whether if you would like to work full time or part time. We enable to manage your work-life-balance, e.g. with our flextime. As a working student, you can align your working times to your university schedule.


Exciting tasks

You will become an expert in your scope of duties. Our internal trainings will provide you with valuable know how. Your colleagues are pleased to pass on their knowledge with on-the-job and off-the-job trainings.

Paperless” is not just a vision for us, but reality. We are fully digitalized and work with the latest IT. Our office managers ensure that you feel comfortable. They provide us every day with fruits, vegetables, coffee and tea. Our modern way of working also includes that our offices in Zurich, Basel and Berlin are easy to reach by public transport. Our open spaces allow a direct exchange with your colleagues.

Green RM

We have our own expectation to constantly improve our ecological footprint. We manage that by using less paper, saving energy, avoiding and separating waste and increasing our employee’s awareness for environment protection. Due to our broad measures for environmental management, we are certified with ISO 14001.
