Account Management: Our clients are in best hands with you. You are responsible to bring our clients and candidates together.

Business Development: Always curious, you explore the market and convince companies to cooperate with us.

Business Support

HR Assistant Timesheet: Payrolling is your passion. You are the person, who keeps track of the numbers and assists our candidates with every question regarding their salaries.

HR Extern Assistant: Living in Switzerland, insurances, apartment, bank account or fondue restaurant? – You have the answer on every single question of our candidates who start their new life in Switzerland. You are their contact person from the contract signing till the end of their employment.



Shared Services

Our shared services act in the background, which does not mean that you are not as much of important as our other departments to our business. We keep the whole thing running from the back.

Application administration: You are fastidious – and that is good! You are responsible for the quality of our database, our job ads and the candidate’s CV that we send.

Accounting: Transposed digits – no, thanks! If your calculator is your friend, you are exactly in the right place in our accounting team, where all the financial transactions of all our entities come together.

Compliance: Without your verification, no contract goes out. You are the one who keeps our backs free of legal difficulties.

Marketing: With creativity and market expertise, you make our services and RM Group known on the Swiss market.

HR and Office Management: You love to achieve something from the inside out and to bluster our employees up. As office manager, you are responsible for a pleasant working atmosphere and environment. We are committed to service orientation. As HR, you are not only a strategic partner for our management, but also a real generalist.
