Application Proccess

1. Application

If you are interested in one of our jobs, you can apply through our career website or directly via mail to our HR team. Your application should include following components:

  • short motivation letter
  • CV
  • relevant work certificates
  • contact details
  • preferred location (for speculative applications)

Applications sent by post will not be considered.

 

2. HR contact person

When we have received your application, you will get a confirmation of receipt. In consultation with the team lead, we will do a pre-selection. In the meantime, if there are any questions, please do not hesitate in contacting us at any time.

 

3. Telephone interview

The next step is a phone interview to get to know you a better. Either your HR contact person or the team lead will participate at the call. Besides some questions regarding your CV, we will also give you an overview of our company and the position you’ve applied for.

Tip: How can you prepare yourself for this interview? – Beforehand, think about how the daily     business would be in this position and in which industry sector we are working in. In all other      questions or topics we don’t want to hear prepared answers but spontaneous and honest answers to identify your personality. 

 

4. Face-to-face interview

Thereafter, you are invited to a face-to-face interview with your team lead and other team members at the respective location. Now it’s also the right moment to answer all your open questions.

Tip for your dress code: The first impression counts! Dress yourself as if you would welcome a   new client, but don’t disguise yourself.

 

5. Your personality

Maybe you already have recognized that we mainly concentrate on your personality. In this last step of our application process, you will participate in a personality test, which gives you a more detailed view on your own personality – this is fascinating.

 

6. You did it!

If you managed to be at this point in our process, you really can be proud of yourself! We would be very happy to welcome you in our RM team – provided we could convince you too. With our broad onboarding program, we support you from contract signing till the successful end of your probation period.
