    Backoffice Assistant vacancy for our Zurich based client in the financial sector.


    Your tasks:

    • Filing physical client documents in our archive along with handling closings and orders
    • Assisting with the scanning of incoming mail and performing quality checks
    • Supporting our digital processes


    Your experience/knowledge:

    • Experience as Administrative Assistant or in a comparable role would be an advantage
    • Knowledge of MS Office as well as expertise with tools like MS teams or SharePoint is a plus
    • Fluent in English


    Your soft skills:

    • Strong communication skills for interacting with demanding stakeholders and senior leads
    • Being proactive, flexible and persistent paired with a good team spirit
