Laboratory Technician-Organic Synthesis, French, vacancy for our Monthey based client in the Manufacturing sector.

Your tasks:

• Conduct synthesis trials (scale from 0.1 to 20L) and routine analyses according to set objectives.
• Interpret results of experiments and propose conclusions or subsequent trials to be conducted.
• Develop and optimise laboratory procedures.
• Manage procedures and understand analytical methods related to existing processes.
• Support production processes, process development, and new synthesis pathways.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Experience in organic synthesis (minimum professional experience required).
• Knowledge of various reaction types, laboratory techniques, and purification methods.
• Familiarity with chromatographic techniques (HPLC and GC) is an asset.
• Language skills: French (fluent) and knowledge of English is an asset.

Your soft skills:

• Strong analytical skills.
• Excellent report writing abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently and safely in a laboratory environment.
