Customer Service Expert – SAP SD – vacancy for our Rotkreuz based client in the IT sector.
Your tasks:
- Supporting the coordination and execution of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for the Customer Service function.
- Collaborating with global and local stakeholders to define and validate test scenarios, scripts, and acceptance criteria.
- Validating SAP system functionality against business requirements, including integration points with SCM and Finance.
- Identifying, documenting, and escalating defects or gaps in functionality, and supporting resolution tracking.
- Representing Customer Service in daily UAT stand-ups and defect triage meetings.
Your experience/knowledge:
- Strong knowledge and background in SAP.
- Experience as an administrative professional with a hands-on mindset.
- Proven ability to work in a customer service environment.
- Experience in testing and validation processes.
- Language skills: Fluent in English; German is a plus.

- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
