Reliability Engineer vacancy for a globally operating Neuchatel based company in the pharmaceutical sector.

Your tasks:

• Improving the reliability of equipment and systems by implementing reliability engineering principles and methodologies
• Determining Equipment Importance Levels for systems and establishing maintenance strategies accordingly
• Identifying opportunities for maintenance improvements and implementing changes to optimize preventive maintenance
• Leading and participating in Root Cause Analysis Teams to identify the causes of equipment failures and develop corrective actions
• Ensuring accurate content within the CMMS for equipment master data
• Collaborating with design and engineering teams to ensure new products and systems meet reliability standards

     
Your experience/knowledge:

• Strong understanding of working within a GMP-regulated environment
• Expertise in operational maintenance methods and a data-driven approach to decision-making
• Experience with reliability engineering tools and methodologies such as RCA, FTA, and RCFA
• Familiarity with CMMS systems like JDE, SAP
• Proven ability to analyze equipment performance data and implement improvements
• Language skills: English – fluent
