Project Coordinator vacancy for our Monthey based client in the Chemical Manufacturing and Agricultural sector.

Your tasks:

• Gather all project information including schedules, data requests, assignments, tasks, and project meetings.
• Assist the project team in tracking all work, tasks, and project assignments.
• Support the Project Manager in developing a comprehensive workflow process for the project.
• Monitor and modify project schedules as assigned.
• Maintain document control and database management, tracking project activities and team communication.
• Develop and publish communications to project stakeholders.

Your experience/knowledge:

• Knowledge of general Project Management methodology.
• Experience using Project Management software tools, particularly MS Project.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is desired.
• Language skills: English – mother tongue.

Your soft skills:

• Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Collaborative working style with the ability to develop productive work relationships.
